Terms of service

Proxy4U sells access to a network of residential IP addresses shared by partners who installed Proxy4U. The countries, cities and number of devices available change over time and are not guaranteed.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
• Keep passwords and API keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your account, including by anyone who learns your proxy password.
• We may ask you to verify your identity or use case, as described in the acceptable use policy.

• The service is prepaid. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change; changes do not apply to traffic already used.
• Usage is measured by our gateway, and that measurement is the basis for billing.
• Top-ups are not refundable. Your balance pays for traffic and cannot be converted back to money or transferred to another account.

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may block destinations, limit or suspend accounts to stop abuse.

• You install Proxy4U voluntarily and may pause or uninstall it at any time.
• Earnings are calculated per GB at the rate shown in the partner portal when the traffic is served. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on demand.
• Earnings are held for 7–14 days. The minimum withdrawal is $5.00, and identity verification may be required.
• Earnings from fraud, such as VPN or datacenter connections, fake devices or self-generated traffic, are cancelled.
• You are responsible for complying with your internet provider's terms and for declaring your income.
• Withdraw your earnings before you close your account. Earnings still in your account when it closes, for example an amount below the minimum withdrawal, are not paid out.

We aim for high availability but provide the service as is. We may change, suspend or end features, with notice where reasonable.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy.
