For device owners aged 18+
Share unused bandwidth. Get paid per GB.
Proxy4U is an app for Windows, macOS, Linux and Docker. Verified business customers send web requests through your internet connection, and you earn for each GB your device serves. You choose the limits, and you can pause or uninstall at any time.
Earnings are modest and depend on customer demand where you live. We do not promise any income.

What the app does
The app keeps one encrypted connection open to our servers. When a business customer needs a home IP address in your area, our gateway asks your device to open a connection to a public website and passes the data back. The website sees your public IP address.
What is shared, and what is not
Shared
- Part of your internet bandwidth, mostly upload, within the limits you set.
- Your public IP address, which the websites that customers visit will see.
- Basic device data: operating system, app version, uptime, and the approximate location and provider of your IP.
Never shared
- Your files, passwords, browsing history or anything on your screen.
- Other devices on your home network: the app refuses to connect to private addresses.
- Inbound access: the app opens no ports and does not run commands or download code from our servers.
You stay in control
Speed limit
Cap the bandwidth the app may use, in Mbps.
Monthly data cap
Stop sharing after a number of GB each month.
Sharing hours
Share only during the hours you choose.
Pause in one click
Pause from the app or the partner portal, and our gateway stops using the device.
Wi-Fi only (Android, later)
The planned Android app will share only on Wi-Fi and while charging by default.
Uninstall cleanly
Remove the app with your system's normal uninstaller, then delete the device in the portal.
What you can expect to earn
We pay a fixed rate for each GB your device serves, currently $0.30 per GB (provisional). How much traffic you serve depends on customer demand in your location, not on how long the app runs.
| Traffic served in a month | Earnings |
|---|---|
| 5 GB | $1.50 |
| 20 GB | $6.00 |
| 100 GB | $30.00 |
These are examples, not estimates. In the early phase most devices will serve little traffic and earn at the low end of this table.
Getting paid
- Minimum withdrawal: $5.00.
- Earnings are held for 7–14 days before you can withdraw them, so we can check for fraud.
- Withdraw to a bank account, an e-wallet or USDT.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before your first withdrawal.
- You are responsible for declaring this income where the law requires it.
Know this before you install
- Some websites may show more CAPTCHAs to your IP address.
- The app uses part of your upload bandwidth. Set a data cap if your internet plan has one.
- Some internet providers restrict sharing a connection. Check your contract.
- We vet customers and block abusive uses. We keep connection metadata for 90 days so we can answer complaints about your IP and show which customer made the traffic.
Who can join
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You own the device and the internet connection, or the owner has allowed you to use them.
- A home or mobile connection. VPN, VPS and datacenter IPs are not accepted.
- Each public IP counts as one device; devices behind the same router share that IP's traffic.

Questions
Is it safe?
The app only opens outgoing connections to public websites for verified customers. It blocks private networks and mail ports, takes instructions only from our servers over an encrypted connection to our own certificate authority, and cannot read your files. No software is free of risk, so read the points above before you decide.
What do customers use my connection for?
Business uses such as public data collection, price monitoring, ad verification and SEO. Fraud, spam, attacks and other abuse are forbidden by our acceptable use policy.
Can I install it on several devices?
Yes, but each public IP address counts as one device. Devices behind the same router share that IP's traffic.
How do I stop?
Pause in the app or the portal at any time, or uninstall the app. The terms explain what happens to your balance.
Is there an iPhone app?
No. iOS does not let apps keep sharing a connection in the background. An Android app is planned for later.
Ready to try it?
Download the app, then pair it with a code from the partner portal. Questions: [email protected].
