What your data pipeline expects

The usual proxy features, without surprises in how they work.

  • City-level targeting

    Pick a country, then a city. We only list locations with enough devices online, so you never pay for a location we cannot serve.

  • Rotating or sticky

    A new IP for each connection, or keep the same IP for 1–60 minutes with a session ID.

  • HTTP and SOCKS5

    HTTP CONNECT, plain HTTP and SOCKS5 with username and password, all on the same port.

  • IP allowlist and sub-users

    Lock credentials to your server IPs, split traffic into sub-users with their own GB limits, and change passwords instantly.

  • API for keys and rotation

    Buy keys, read the current proxy and request a new IP over a small REST API with idempotent purchases.

  • Pay per GB or per day

    Prepaid balance, per-GB pricing for rotating and sticky traffic, and daily keys in the countries that offer them.

Where our IPs come from

Every exit IP belongs to a person who installed our partner app themselves and agreed to share bandwidth. No SDKs hidden inside other apps, no bundled installs, no hijacked routers.

  • Consent is shown and recorded for every device at install time.
  • Owners set limits, pause or uninstall whenever they want.
  • Datacenter, VPN and hosting IPs are rejected, and each public IP counts as one device.
  • Devices refuse to connect to private networks, so traffic never reaches the owner's home network.

How partners join

Rules that protect partners and buyers

  • Outgoing mail ports 25, 465, 587 and private networks are blocked by default.
  • Verification tiers: e-mail for small plans, identity and use-case review for high volume or sensitive targets.
  • Connection metadata (account, device, target domain, time, bytes) is kept for 90 days. Never content.
  • Abuse reports to [email protected] are answered within 24 hours.

Honest about where we are

Proxy4U is in early access. We are recruiting partner devices country by country and only open a city for sale once enough devices are online there. Prices on this site are provisional.
